Carma Spence first became a speaker … much to her own surprise … when her speech teacher asked her to join the Speech Team her senior year. She took her speech on earthquakes to all the competitions that year and placed 5th place almost every time.
Later, she joined Toastmasters and earned her Competent Toastmaster (CTM) Award, and even worked half-way through to achieving her Able Toastmaster (ATM) award before life took her in other directions.
Public speaking is still a passion of hers and she speaks on a variety of topics whenever she can. Current topics include:
