It is those who persevere, who keep on keepin' on that win in the end. Remember, it is better to be the tortoise than the hare.

I'm going to shake this section up a bit and start recommending, on occasion, books that aren't necessarily about business, but can make you a more well-rounded, well-read individual.

The guy who wrote this book comes out with an annual calendar that I absolutely love. It is one of the "word of the day" types with a new word to learn each day.

But these aren't your ordinary words. Nope. They are words that are no longer used in English, at least not commonly. But reading about them can help to open your eyes to the beauty and flexibility available in the English language.

So have a little fun, learn a new useless but interesting word and pick up your copy of Forgotten English today!
