Only one domain is left for sale. I was going to create an association with it, but just don't have the passion for it anymore. Take it as my asking price ... or make me an offer I can't refuse!

“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow,” ~ Anonymous ~
What This Quote Means to Business:
It has been said that all history is prologue and that those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. So don't look at your successes and failures and only successes and failures. Look at them as learning opportunities of what works and what could use some tweaking or pruning to get right.
Today is all you really have. No matter where you are, there you are. Don't dwell on the past or spend so much time thinking of the future that you let today pass you by.
Keep your eyes on the prize. As Scarlet O'Hara said, "Tomorrow is another day." And so it will. A friend of mine sagely said something to the effect of, "You were a great person yesterday, and you're going to be an even greater person today." Focus on your blessings, knowing that they will bear fruit.

Wow! Where has the time gone? I truly meant to get this issue out on time this past Wednesday, but I've been having an amazing, intellectually stimulating, fantastic week! I just plain lost track of time.
Anyway, better late than never, right?
In this issue I'm providing you two articles about how to define and target your niche market. This is extremely important if you are going to be successful in your creative business. The first is a post I wrote; the second gives you the perspective of a guest blogger. I hope you enjoy them!
Also, if you don't usually check out the Success Quote in the sidebar, I recommend you do so today. I'm kind of proud of what I say there and think it is applicable to everyone.

19 Innovative Ways to Build Your Business
With a Self Published Book
Last year, I hosted a information-packed webinar with Daniel Hall. In in Daniel shared 19 + ways you can use a self-published book to grow your business.
As he often does, Daniel over-delivered. I took copious notes during the presentation. Afterwards, he spent a good deal of time answering questions from those in attendance. It was awesome!
If you missed the webinar, worry not. I've convinced Daniel to put up a replay of the webinar where you can watch it, pause it, rewind and play again so that your notes will be even better than mine! You can access the webinar replay here:

In these dog days of summer as lines extend around the block for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part II, I am reminded of a story about J.K. Rowling that exhibits the total courage to be the person you are and stick to your area of expertise (or stick to what you know). We can learn much from this as freelancers.…
